The fabric edges have been heat sealed which will help them look sharp as they spin round and round giving you a blur of color. The Wind Sails ever changing direction keeps the three spinner wheels facing the wind. There is a pivot point within the fiberglass rod which will keep it rotating. Comes complete with ground stake and are easy to assemble.
