We process and ship orders in a very timely manner. We offer standard (Ground) and expedited shipping (Next-Day, Second Day, Third Day) on most orders — simply choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout. Some orders ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor.
Shipping Costs
Quite often the way retailers are able to provide free shipping is by increasing the price they charge to everyone regardless of the customer’s shipping location. That is a one size fits all solution that is not taylored to the individual customer’s location. We take a different approach that we believe is a more taylored approach for our customers.
Our shipping cost calculator found our cart page provides individualized shipping costs for your specific locaton. We recently had a significant upgrade in our shipping process whereby we now offer multiple quotes from various carriers with volumne pricing disounts. Numerous shipping time options are availible from multiple carriers.
Free Standard Ground Shipping is available on some individual products. If there is free shipping on an individual product it will be indicated on the product’s page.
Shipping Rates
Want to know how much a product will cost to ship? We provide you with shipping costs and estimated delivery dates for a variety of shipping methods while you are shopping and during checkout. Our shipping prices are based on the published carrier rates to ship to your address from our warehouse.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic laws, we are not able to ship our products to all geographical locations and address types. General guidelines are listed below:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally (except for Canada).
Delivery Times
Delivery dates are affected by several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, time to depart the warehouse, and the shipping speed that you choose.
Typically orders “usually leaves the warehouse in 1-2 business days”. Addting that to standard U.S.shipping for example (which typically takes 3-5 business days), you can determine that your order should arrive 4-7 business days after you place it.
