So far we are happy with our product. We had to laugh when the instructions said to keep it out of the wind! We live in Nebraska! We use it outside to water the backyard creatures…birds, squirrels, rabbits, deer, possum, woodchuck, etc.

It is an nice product and a good price. It keeps the water from freezing, though, so I guess that’s all that really matters.

This is a very nice unit. It works well but I noticed some ice starting to form @ -10 degrees. Claims to be good to -20? Also could use a longer AC cord, 6′ instead of 3′. Overall I enjoy the produce and would buy again.
