I prefer a balance system on the bar rather than the spring that is currently on there.

I think the product is an excellent one and since I have used it, I have been getting a variety of birds, when I purchased the feeder I thought it was a smaller version of the double sided one I already owned, this is a one side feeder.The only con I had was it was not made in America.
