The All Weather 6 Quart Clear Feeder is the first weatherproof wild bird feeder. Through rain, snow, sleet and ice, the All Weather Feeder delivers the seed DRY!! Won’t clog up with snow and ice. The circular perch lets you see all the birds that are feeding, even those on the far side. Catches spilled seed for less waste. Easily removed for cleaning. Comes completely apart so each piece can be individually cleaned. A clean feeder helps keep the bird population healthy.

This feeder will be more popular with the birds if it is not hung near a cluster of other feeders. When birds can’t eat from frozen feeders unprotected from the weather, they WILL be able to eat from the All Weather Feeder. Catches spilled seed for less waste. The feeder comes completely apart so each piece can be individually cleaned.

To draw a crowd of birds, try feeding Sunflower Hearts instead of Black Oil Sunflower so the birds don’t have to remove the hull. Also try putting some seed in the tray or peanut butter on the holes to further entice the birds to work for their dinner.

Love this feeder! It’s great for winter feeding when I can’t get to my feeders because of snow and ice. It holds 5lbs of shelled sunflower seeds, keeps them dry in all kinds of weather. Very few seeds are wasted by falling on the ground so it stays filled much longer. I would recommend getting the cage to keep squirrels and nuisance birds out. It’s a wonderful feeder but would recommend taking it down in spring if you have bears in your area.

I love that the feeder is so easy to clean, and that it is waterproof. In the Pacific Northwest, that’s definitely a plus. I wish, though, that there was a model that would hold Nyjer seeds

It took the birds 1-2 weeks to acclimate to the feeder but it is now well-used. I am using black oil sunflower seeds exclusively. The design dramatically reduced wastage on the ground so squirrels have gone elsewhere. A pair of nesting cardinals are using the tray and no longer have to compete with the squirrels on the ground.
