The feeder worked well although the jays do not like the dome and will not eat from the feeder with the dome on

Couldn’t be happier. Quality, solid, and it works great…not the flimsy plastic of other dome feeders. Also, the customer service of this manufacturer is outstanding! I purchased this through Amazon and when it arrived it had clearly been opened before and was missing a vital bolt that held the dome up – Amazon wanted me to deal with Picnic World, Plicnic World wanted me to deal with Amazon…so my third call was to the company who makes these and they happily sent me a replacement part for free and two days later I had the feeder up. Great company!!

It is light weight and swings in the breeze a lot; might be better mounted on a stand. Bought it to provide meal worms for our resident Phoebe who seems to care less so we are disappointed. The finches and sparrows like the worms just fine! Nice over-all feeder. And, standard seed sticks fit in the provided holders. This is a plus since suet would only melt here, even in winter time.
