Easy order process and quick delivery. Assembly was just as described in the instructions. The package was short some hardware, but was quickly replaced when I called Backyard Chirper customer service to report the problem. With only two small welds holding the base together, I’m not sure it is strong enough to withstand the Texas wind so I added additional support. Birds had moved in within a week!
