- The entrances to the four uppermost apartments haven’t been removed yet, allowing you the option of round or crescent-shaped openings

It appeared as represented on the internet. I didn’t order the pole which I am very grateful for, I thought I could do it later once I saw how well the “Backyard Chirper” was managed. I know you requested I only focus on the produce but the ambivalence of the company when I reported I only received one house has inspired me to add this complaint. I don’t care what your company says nor Fed Ex I was here the day # 1 was delivered, brought it in the house immediately, opened the box to find one with lost of packing material. I was surprised it came so early because upon placing the order I was told it could take several weeks for delivery so I just thought,” how nice they sent one, the other will come later” When I called the person who answered my call suggested I try to track it, I really thought she should, she did and emailed me back with info stating the weight of the box indicating 2 were in the box and ” I hope you find your house”. So pleased I didn’t order those poles, I’d be out even more money. I will not do business with your company again. I would think in this recession you would like to keep the customer you have happy but apparently not.
