This is my second purple Martin barn. The first one, after seven years, was damaged during a wind storm. Like the improved screw-in fasteners. Should make cleaning the roof compartments easier. One suggestion, make the upper perches one rod that goes all the way through the barn. The current ones do not fit snugly. Otherwise, like the product and so do the martins.
